YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a receptionist and mail service employee, you are the company's representative and first point of contact for visitors, employees and callers. Your tasks include:

Responsibility for the switchboard
Taking care of the postal service

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As HR Payroll Analyst, you will perform monthly payroll for a defined group of employees and ensure correct and timely payment.
Preparation of all payroll-related data in SAP (e.g. special payments, leaves of absence, etc.) as well as checking and entering data in SAP
Preparation of declarations for tax and social security relevant data as well as preparation and transmission of notifications to social security (e.g. registration of new employees)
Processing time recording and carrying out SOX/FIC checks
Processing inquiries as well as advising employees and managers on labor and social security issues

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS THAT MAKE YOU PARTICULARLY QUALIFIED FOR THIS ROLE

Completed commercial training, ideally in industry (office clerk, industrial clerk) as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in an international corporation

What you can expect
As a Specialist Digital Marketing, you will help shape and implement the digital strategy. You will also be responsible for digital product communication as well as tools and be the general marketing support for the RPS Business.
Your tasks include:

Design and implementation of the international B2B & B2C Marketing Automation strategy in coordination with all stakeholders (BRP, internal business units and external partners).
Coordination of DSGVO compliance for marketing and communication activities with external experts and internal legal department

Contact with distributors, freight forwarders, BRP sites and all internal departments
