What you can expect
As a motivated student, you will actively shape the digitalization strategy and support the team in implementing it. The following tasks await you:

eCommerce
Further development and support of our webshop as well as analysis of optimization potentials (digital processes, user experience)
Campaign management and optimization (primarily via social media and marketing automation), including monitoring and reporting of all measures taken
Conception and coordination of a continuously appealing assortment incl. pricing in coordination with the business units and the merchandising managers
Marketing Automation
Active participation in the design of the international B2B and B2C marketing automation strategy in coordination with all stakeholders (internal business units and external sales partners)
Conception and implementation of innovative digital marketing automation strategies and customer journeys in close cooperation with our external agency

What you bring with you

Ongoing studies (FH, University) in the fields of marketing, eCommerce, new media, communications or similar
High affinity for numbers and business understanding
Knowledge of web analytics and CMS is an advantage
Team player with strong communication skills, friendly disposition and good appearance
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Quality Management System Coordinator (m/f/d)

What you can expect

As QMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for BRP-Rotax's quality management system and environmental management system, develop them further and support the implementation of projects in the QM area.
Support of the process and QMS portal
Responsibility for the architecture as well as for the management of projects for the extension of the portal
Further development, control and improvement of the document control system
Digitization of the audit system
Active participation in process management in cooperation with internal departments
Supporting the departments in defining and presenting their processes
Expansion of the company-wide process landscape
Coordination and execution of internal and external audits

What you bring with you

Completed studies (FH, University) ideally in the areas of process and quality management or alternatively completed technical education (HTL)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of quality management, process management and auditing as well as knowledge of aviation-relevant processes desired
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 knowledge and know-how regarding training techniques
Motivated team player with IT affinity (SAP, MS Office, QMS portal), process-technical and -oriented knowledge, thinking and acting as well as quality competence
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

What you can expect

As HR Advisor Total Rewards & Mobility, you are the first contact person for executives, employees and colleagues for all compensation topics at BRP-Rotax. Your main areas of responsibility include:

Planning, coordination and support for the operational implementation of collective and individual wage increases as well as the classification and standardisation of job profiles
Design, implement and coordinate employee benefits such as bonus payments, health programs, pension plans, insurance, etc.
Identification of best practices and benchmarks in terms of compensation models and employee benefits to ensure sustainable employee retention
Self-responsible management of global mobility programmes such as postings abroad according to global guidelines
Contact person for external service providers and authorities and interface to the international Total Rewards & Mobilty team

What you bring with you

Completed commercial studies (university, FH) with a focus on Human Resources/Labour Law or Business Administration

Good handling of figures as well as Austrian labour law and collective agreements
