• Lead the expansion of global B2B digital sales activities and undertake the development of integrated sales, marketing, and service concepts.
• Implement and enhance our digital tools.
• Manage and support our existing B2B online distribution channels using B2B Commerce Order Tools.
• Actively shape our B2B customer journey with sensitivity.
• As a versatile team player, enjoy collaborating in interdisciplinary teams such as operations, digital B2C business, IT, and sales.
• Be solution-oriented and strive to continuously improve our B2B customer relationship management.
• Take on and coordinate your own projects, demonstrating your planning skills.
• Hold a university degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of three years of professional experience.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of processes and have gained knowledge in marketing, sales, service, and commerce.
• Ideally, have experience in the B2B business of consumer goods, IT sales, or other sales-related areas.
• Familiarity with B2B sales using Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Jira, and Confluence.
• Take responsibility and possess high implementation and communication skills.
• Have proficiency in both German and English.
• Stay up-to-date with both the functional and technical aspects of current technologies in the digital sales field.
