Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Telephone reception
• General administrative tasks related to Customer Service
• Participation in continuous training on products/processes
• Assistance to sales representatives with queries and problems expressed by their customers
• Control of the application of offers and commercial policy by representatives
• Clarification of exceptional cases
• Follow-up of shipments to customers

Requirements and personality:
• Successful experience of 2 years minimum in customer service/sales or inside sales
• Good user knowledge in handling office programs
• Fluent level/Mother tongue Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and/or Finnish, good level of English and any other language of advantage
• Strong product and customer orientation
• Optical experience of advantage
• Organization skills
• Reliable and loyal person with team orientation
