What you can expect

As Senior Buyer Indirect Materials you will be responsible for purchasing indirect materials such as auxiliary and operating materials, equipment and services. Your tasks include:

Developing and implementing the purchasing strategy including market analysis and benchmarking for assigned commodity groups.
Selection, evaluation and development of suppliers
Independent contract and price negotiations with suppliers
Taking over projects regarding process improvements and digitalization
Close cooperation with the different departments (production, R&D, IT, etc.)

What you bring with you

Completed studies (FH/Uni) or technical education on Matura level (HTL) as well as min. 3 years of professional experience in purchasing or supply chain management in an industrial environment
Experience in purchasing of equipment and/or capital goods
Experienced handling of office applications and ERP system
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Agile team player with negotiation skills and persuasive power

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 49,596.40 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
