What you can expect

As a team assistant, you will support the team and the manager/directors and take on general coordination and organizational tasks.
Planning, coordination and implementation of administrative tasks as well as coordination of appointments
Preparation of presentations, meetings and decisions
Coordination of travel management and support in travel expense reporting
Organization of onboarding for new employees of the department

What you bring with you

Completed commercial education and 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Very good IT skills (MS Office, Google products, SAP an advantage)
You are characterized by communication skills in contact with diverse interfaces and team spirit and have organizational skills.
You are flexible and able to work under pressure and are customer-oriented.
Very good knowledge of German and English on level B2

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 38,682.28 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
