What you can expect

As a Shipping Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of all shipping documents for engines and spare parts deliveries to customers in third countries and deliveries to the EU.
Preparation of export documents and certificates of origin as well as verification of customs documents
Goods issue posting and invoicing of all deliveries
Intrastat declarations for shipments to the EU area
Contact with distributors, forwarding agents, dispatchers, sales, logistics and customs authorities as well as working in a supporting team

What you bring with you

Completed commercial education or apprenticeship as a forwarding agent as well as 1-2 years of work experience in the forwarding industry, export, administrative shipping processing or similar
Good MS Office skills and experience with Google products (Gmail, Drive); customs knowledge is an advantage
Independent work as well as flexibility
Team player with a hands-on working style
Very good German language skills and English on level B1

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 38,682.28 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
