Project Manager E-Mobility (m/f/d)

As Project Manager (f/m/d) you actively drive our projects forward. Hereby you especially care about the technical aspects of the projects. In addition, you also keep an eye on project goals, costs and deadlines. Your ability to coordinate between internal departments, management and the customer, as well as your talent for thinking outside the box, make you particularly successful in this role.

YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for exciting e-Mobility projects in a wide range of industries (automotive, marine, motorsports, charging infrastructure, etc.) throughout the entire project cycle
- You are the first point of contact for technical questions in particular
- You are also responsible for resource planning, adherence to the project schedule, the project budget and the achievement of the project goals
- Your project team consists of colleagues from (pre-)development, quality management, production, sales, etc.

Design Engineer (m/f/d)

As Senior Design Engineer you are a member of the engineering department and responsible for the design of components in the field of battery and complete systems (vehicles, boats, battery modules…). In addition, you will take over the technical leadership of your project team and accompany exciting development projects from the first prototype to series production.

YOUR TASKS
- Independent design of components and assemblies in the field of battery and complete systems
- Project support from the idea to the series release including technical leadership
- Regular coordination and cooperation with suppliers and external companies as well as internal departments

- Initiation and support of cost reduction projects as well as functional cost and value analyses
- Support of product development projects in cost optimization of parts and components (design-to-cost and design-to-manufacturing)
- Support of analyses of quotations and preparation of cost-break-downs for purchased parts
- Optimization of costs for production processes


Project Manager - Change Management (f/m/d)

As Project Manager you will be responsible for small changes within the change management process after completion of the projects. You see yourself as a sparring partner for internal and external contacts and always keep track of product changes.

- You coordinate changes and moderate change meetings
