In your future role as Cost Value Engineer (f/m/d), you will perform cost and value analyses. In doing so, you will identify optimization potential along the product development process. In addition, you will advise our specialist departments with your understanding of figures and together you will make trend-setting decisions.

YOUR TASKS
- Initiation and support of cost reduction projects as well as functional cost and value analyses
- Support of product development projects in cost optimization of parts and components (design-to-cost and design-to-manufacturing)
- Support of analyses of quotations and preparation of cost-break-downs for purchased parts
- Optimization of costs for production processes


Technical Change Manager (f/m/d)

As Technical Change Manager (f/m/d), you ensure that all engineering changes are implemented on time and support the teams during implementation. You see yourself as a sparring partner for internal and external contacts and always keep track of product changes.

YOUR TASKS
- Mainly responsible for change management in the further development of our products
- Responsible for the implementation of changes and for the facilitation of change meetings
- Initiating and monitoring appropriate actions to ensure timely processing of changes
- Ensuring that processes are adhered to in the processing of changes
- Regular reporting of the change management status
- Continuous further development of our processes and proactive introduction of suggestions for improvement

- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university) plus experience in quality management within a similar branche
- Leadership experience & qualities
- Knowledge of the relevant quality standards as well as manufacturing technologies & -processes
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Understanding of quality, strategic thinker plus a structured and proactive personality

What we offer
You get an exciting position in an international environment with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position in accordance with the very attractive Collective Agreement for the metal industry is EUR 64.185,24 gross/year. Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and experience.

We offer
We offer you an interesting job, which is endowed with EUR 3,912.27 gross/month according to the collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
